WORTH IT
Ok I don’t think they are changing that much anymore. Loving the softness and really fun fashion-wise: I can play with different bras and have whatever size I want, it is actually so much easier to wear anything like tank tops and T-shirt with small (VERY small) boobs!

That’s been the best thing for me too! I love all the cute tanks & bikini tops I can wear now!

Thank you for sharing your results. So helpful to us ladies explanting with no lift. You look amazing btw!

Your breasts look really good and the right size for your frame because you are in such great shape. I am much heavier than you and don't have much natural tissue. I am worried about how out of proportion I will look when I remove my implants. Once again my abdomen will stick out further than my breasts ☹️. I have never had a flat tummy no matter how thin I got.

Tbh especially after meals my tummy too sticks out further than my breasts! And yes in a way the boobs help a bit with the proportions but also they add heaviness to any frame (esp after a certain age)
When are you explanting, and can I ask you why? I am ready to bet that you will be positively surprised with the results, most women here seem to be delighted! Focus on rolling on your tummy and having really tight hugs with loved ones.. keep strong and Best of luck! X

I hope I look as good as you when it's my turn....

Cupping

Humorous220250
Disclaimer first: I have no idea if that’s how it’s done and please first get the go ahead from your surgeon, it’s so important that tissues inside the breast heal before trying anything that could cause damage or slow the healing!
My PS doesn’t really believe that cupping does anything but he also said why not, go ahead of you want to (AFTER 8 weeks post-op).
I bought mines in glass from Amazon, they are made for the face (I figured they would be gentler!?). I use little sucking as it bothers me if too strong

your natural breast is fine. What the reason was of your removal?

One side was looking loop-sided, maybe some contracture? and it just dawned on me that I would have to go through this loop every 10yrs or so: full anaesthesia, main surgery with all its risks and associated costs/pain/recovery… cannot face it. And also it does not fit anymore who I am, at 45 with a teenage daughter, I am preaching “accepting your own body, you are beautiful as you are” and to my boys “don’t get used to the fake look on social medias, real girls don’t look like that” plus eating super healthy and avoiding chemicals .:. while having those plastic bags jammed between my ribs and my muscles to look like someone I am not. I didn’t make any sense! So now I am small chested and less sexy but way more authentic :)

I think I am still improving, found the courage to buy a bikini and LOVING how it looks, not even padded! I do have a slightly padded bra to wear from time to time though! (Sloggi zero-feel is AMAZING!)
I picked up my daughter from the airport, she had not seen me since the surgery and said “Wow Mom you are so easy to hug now!”. Made it all worth it!

You look amazing! I just had my explant last Wednesday and I'm SO nervous to see them - hopefully tomorrow at my post-op! So happy for you and your results :)

Good luck! How are you feeling? I cannot tell you how much they improve, give it time and in the meantime enjoy your old body, what a freedom! Keep us posted x

I've been feeling great! I've had some ups and downs with how they look, they don't look as good as yours, that's for sure! I'm trying to stay positive and remember that it's only been 3.5 weeks since the surgery.

You look beautiful.. I would give anything to have so much breast left ;o)
Had my explant in december and am all flat... could you please tell me what you do the "cupping" with? Maybe it will help me to mystically fluff up too.
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I posted a video about cupping, I hope it helps but again, not really sure either if that’s how it’s done!
I think for me with very little tissue, exercise helped more than cupping. Getting those breasts muscle activated gives it a tiny bit of a fuller look, as there is no tissue there it show prob more than on our friends blessed with more breast!
Are you happy with your explant otherwise? Best of luck x

Thanks for the video.
I am very happy to have explanted, I had capsular contracture in 2014 and had a revision in 2016.. getting even bigger implants as advised.. not a good idea. Then this Summer fluid built up inside the capsule on the right side and because there was concern about BIA ALCL I have had both removed now forever!
unfortunately my right breast looks quite deflated and there is very little tissue left.
But I don´t regret the implants being gone, no more worries related to them, just me myself and I!

What a good riddance! How could we put our health at risk like that, don’t know what I was thinking! Well said, I am also enjoying me myself and I :)
