So happy I did this! Removal of saline implant, 320cc, over the muscle

Life has been busy but here are some recent pictures. I’d say the majority of the swelling is gone. I’m wearing a size 34D now. My sensation continues to improve in the right breast, I’d say I went from no sensation immediately after to 10% at 6 weeks to 30+% at 11 weeks. The incisions continue to smooth out and the scars are looking better too. Still very pleased with my results.

These are the pics I took of week 4. Tomorrow is 4 weeks po. In the surgery packet it says your breasts will change daily and they’re right. Wearing your bra is key with Bellesoma method. Your breasts will take on the shape of the bra so the proper size and shape bra is crucial. I bought 4 different brands in varying sizes. The one I found on Amazon has been the best for me. Dr. Horndeski was impressed when he saw it in person. It’s incredibly supportive because it has a wide back with 8 hooks. The cups are firmly molded. I didn’t wear a bra for the first 2 weeks while monitoring that right nipple. Since wearing a bra I can see the shape forming. I have gone down 2 cup sizes as the swelling has subsided.
Another change between week 3and 4 is that my incisions have healed and the pleating is starting to flatten and smooth out. I will ask about starting scar treatment tomorrow.
