Removal of 375cc HP Implants After 5.5 Years with Big Boobs!

WORTH IT
7 weeks post op and things are going great. Not much has changed in the past few weeks. Scars will take time to fade. I'm back to exercising again now. Hoping I can fill in some of chest muscle again in the coming months. I'm not quite back to working chest yet! I've just started doing cardio, legs and light back weights.

Hey ma'am, do you feel like you are the same shape and size prior to your first BA ?
They aren't exactly the same but they're pretty similar. I feel very fortunate that the skin retracted back as well as it did. They sit a tad lower than they used to and are a bit less full but overall I'm really happy. Unless you're comparing a side by side photo you wouldn't really know. The scars will take time to settle. I just need to be patient. Mine are long so I'm lucky that I scar well. I know some people have to deal with keloids or hyperpigmentation.
Thanks so much for sharing! Were your implants fully sub muscular or dual plane? Do you have animation deformity when you flex now?

Explanting soon myself :(
Hi! These ones were dual plane. I had the muscle stitched back down at the time of explant. They move slightly when I flex but there is no obvious animation deformity like before. My breasts look completely normal when I flex now.
Hi!! You look great! How old were you when you had them removed?
Thank you! I was 34. I'm still so glad I did it. :)

27 days post op!

I'm actually really happy with everything. I'm so small lol. Of course, it would be great to have a little bit more than I do but I'm so grateful that I wasn't left with tonnes of excess skin/wrinkles/stretch marks. I feel I've been pretty lucky. The scars still look red but I know they'll fade to be fine, white, hypopigmented scars like they have in the past. I feel they also look a bit worse in the photos than they do in real life. They actually look like a fine cat scratch! I'm not exactly as I was pre-implant and I never will be, but I feel pretty happy with where I'm at. I never want to put implant in again!

You look great! You got good reason to be happy :)
Thank you so much! It was so hard to finally make the call but I knew I wouldn't be happy until they were out. I have nothing against implants and if they make a woman happy, that's great! But I just knew they weren't for me and I'm so glad I finally listened to myself.
They look great.
Hi!! I identify myself a lot with your story and thoughts. I have 295 cc implants and I feel they are huge on my body. I don’t know if I should change for smaller implants like 180 cc or remove them. I’m afraid my skin doesn’t go back to what it was before the implants. How do you feel your skin has changed after the removal?

Day 9 post op

I just had the stitches removed this morning. I’m actually so impressed with how good they look considering what the poor little pebbles have been through! Now that the bandages are removed from the lower pole, I’m impressed with how much tissue I actually have left! I’ve been feeling so good since explanting. I feel so slim and petite and it feels good not to have those big things on my chest. I’m just feeling so much better and more positive within myself. I’m so glad I finally did this.

You look soooo much better w/o the big boobs. It really made the upper portion of your thin body look wide. You are now teeny. How tall are you?? You look very fit and toned
Thank you! I feel so much better. I actually can’t believe I put up with these things for almost 6 years. Had to go with my gut and what I wanted in the end despite everyone else saying ‘they look fine’, ‘they look natural’, ‘they match you’re body). Erm, no, they don’t. I just wish I’d done it sooner but I was so afraid of the outcome. Turns out my boobs bounced back just fine. I’m fairly tall! Not quite 5’8 (172cm).
Did you lose weight?
Dayne2393, you asked me this the other day haha. Maybe you forgot
Daybe2393 you asked this the other day haha. Maybe you forgot
Sorry, it keeps cutting off my replies! Nope, didn't lose weight. Just the illusion of looking smaller after removing 2 big fake melons from my chest!
