Removing 320 cc under muscle silicone implants with lift

I’ve had the implants 12 years now and in the last year they have been feeling really uncomfortable and I just want them out.

Just been given surgery date of 13th January which is a little sooner than I thought it would be!

My surgeon thinks I’ll be a C after but I’m not so sure. I’m having enbloc removal which going by reviews on real self can remove extra breast tissue. I keep telling my husband I’ll have no boobs after just in case so it’s not too much of a shock.

I’m absolutely terrified (!) but determined to go through with it and paid my deposit today.

My only regret is having them done in the first place. Why did I do this to myself? Utter madness.
