Before pics
I'm going to try, again, to post a before pic. I have no clue why this is giving me such a hard time. They look so round and fake to me now. And they were heavy! No idea how much until they came out. I was happy with them for a long time though. I guess perspectives change over time.

Hello everyone. Just had surgical dressing and drains removed today, so I was able to see my new (old) breasts for the first time, and I am SO HAPPY with the result! They are perky and appear much less matronly than when I had the implants. They are soft and I am SO happy with my shape. What an excellent job by my surgeon. The drain removal was quite painful, but my breast soreness has reduced considerably since they've been out. Very happy that I did this.

Did you have a lift or fat transfer with the explant?
None of the above. Just took them out. He did an amazing job. Dr. Joseph Kiener in Reno nv

6 Hrs After Explant
Ok, so I guess I need to add pics first, then type my review. Sorry if this becomes redundant. The Explant is much easier than the implant was - so far. Primarily because I can actually sit up on my own (when they went under my muscle initially this was physically impossible). Pretty sore with some sharp pains, but nothing to write home about. I plan to take pics of the progress, so those who are interested can see what this looks like directly after surgery and then after the tissue has had a chance to settle.
