Thank you for sharing. I have had saline under the muscle for 17 years and I have a consult 6/27 for explant. Nervous but hopeful to get them out. Was the fat transfer worth it? You look great
Hi Brave congratulations on making the decision to get your implants out. Yes I think it was worth it , it just helps to fill them out a bit so they don’t look so deflated. You do lose some of the fat but it’s still worth it. I will post more pics soon. I am even considering a second fat transfer. The technique they use is really important and if they have a lot of experience with fat transfer . But definitely glad the implants are out. Good luck with your decision
Thank you ;) I am having so much pain, I can't wait to finally remove them!!
Does your Dr have a lot of experience with fat transfer?:) or are you considering someone else?
Hi there How much did you pay for her to do fat transfer? Considering to go to her
Hi it was 10,000 for the fat transfer
Thank you for responding. Just to make sure, that’s excluding the cost of explanting right?
No problem. Yes, that is excluding the cost of explant. Yes, she does have a lot of experience, I will be going back to her I wouldn’t consider anyone else
Very natural outcome. I'm impressed. So was it 20k for the explanation and 10k for the fat transfer or was it 20k total? Is her consult fee the typical $500 in Beverly Hills? Thanks for sharing.
Thank you@ Niccin29 it was 20k total. Yes it is a 500 consult fee but that is applied to the surgery
Is the only thing one can do with a breast fat transfer after explanation so they don’t sag so much is a breast lift?

2 month update

Just wanted to give you an update after 8 weeks volume has gone down a bit, but still happy. Also the abdominal area has a better shape, I still have some numbness and pain in abdomen and breasts but not bad at all. I feel like I look thinner and better in clothes than before. I went shopping for a real bra and got a 36C. I cleared all of my old ones out of my drawer and put them in a bag to donate to Salvation Army . It was a good feeling. I will give another update soon

Thank you for your review. I have a consult in a few weeks and this gives me hope! What was the pain from recovery like?
Hi CambriaB! You’re welcome, I’m glad to hear! The pain from the donor sites was painful, like someone hit you with a bat in your abdomen. Liposuction is no joke! The pain in the breasts was painful, but tolerable, especially if you get pec muscle repair. But I mean pretty much to be expected. Definitely well worth it.
Hi there. Great results! How much for the entire procedure? Also does the dr let you know what kind of results you would receive from the internal lift vs a traditional lift?
Hi mikey1, thank you! They used a technology called “Vectra” where they could somehow tell the amount of natural breast tissue I had and how it wold look once implants were removed with fat transfer. With internal lift she said nipples cold be lifted a centimeter or so. I think it just depends on amount of sagging, skin quality etc whether you would be a good candidate for internal lift vs traditional lift. I just did not want the vertical scars that come with traditional lift. Procedure was $20,000
Did you have to use the bravo before and after surgery?
Hi Magical2163, no I did not use bravo at all. Numbness is mostly improved, only a little remains. Nipple sensation is normal. I will post more updated pics soon
Has the numbness in your abdomen and breasts gone away? My nipples are permanently de-sensitized after implants.

5 weeks

At 5 weeks breasts are feeling softer not as swollen and abdomen is less painful
