Removal of 1200cc PIP Implants

I have had these implants in for 12 yrs and one has started leaking, so I have decided to have them removed, I love the way my breasts look and am very apprehensive about the operation, as to how I will look after they have gone. I know it is the right decision but how will I feel afterwards.
I can’t remember my size before I had them but I am a 38FF my surgeon says I should be about a C or D cup which I don’t mind but how full will I be that is the question.
