I tried massage and cupping but think the best its to just let them do their healing but themself. Pretty happy with the result. Hope every woman considering this procedure go ahead and happy healing to evreyone. U got this!!

Bit of my journey
Before removal on 29th oct 280cc sub glandular silicon implants, explant was ok too painful since it was done with local anesthesia he remove half capsule but feel great
Hematoma 1 was drained the other reabsorbed itself

Nipple Post Explant
Had implants for 10 years, Im 51, wxplante 1 month ago but my aereola looks like that. Has incision there to put them in ans bellow breast to get them out, he scrapped as much of the capsule as he could since I was with local anesthesia only and was too painfull.
I scheduled an ultrasound to see if that's tissue lost or adherence.... I'm trying cupping may see some improvement but very slow....

Yes... it was terrible, he thought it was just removing the implants not the capsule... so... but yes great decision
