Consultation review - strange experience that has troubled me

I went to Elena for implant removal, uplift, and areola revision. I chose Elena as she markets herself as being a specialist in breast reconstruction, which is the most complex case of breast surgery. During our consultation she interrogated me on my history of mental illness (from almost a decade ago) with no level of sensitivity, asking extreme details about the self harm that I don't feel were necessary to determine fitness for surgery (I've had multiple surgeries in the last ten years, I know the process by now). She discussed two surgery options, one being that I should replace my implants with new ones but I explained I feel I have symptoms of breast implant illness so don't want to do that. On awaiting for the quote afterwards, it was never received when Elena said it would be received by. I had to follow up twice to finally be told that Elena doesn't feel she's the right fit for my surgery. But she markets herself as doing the most complex of cases. I asked for her to recommend surgeons that can help me and was told she'd come back to me and she never did. Absolutely zero care for anyone unless they're putting thousands in her pocket. Just overall strange experience that has troubled me.
