Implant Removal and Lift

Best decision ever! I had large 650cc saline implants removed after twelve years and decided to go natural with a lift instead of replacing them due to some neck injuries that I sustained and subsequent pain. I interviewed a few surgeons and chose Dr. Wallace based on the incredible bedside manner and the CosmetAssure that he provides to his patients. He did a traditional anchor lift and removal yesterday and my breasts already look great. I went from a 36DDD to a 36 B or C. I still need to get fitted in a few weeks. Still very sore one day post op but super excited!

Thanks for sharing. How are you feeling? I have 550 saline under the muscle. I am scheduled for removal March 20th. I am so nervous but your pic gives me courage. You look great already!

Thanks Michele! I’m in more pain than I thought I would be. I was way too optimistic going in! I’m swollen and bruised but my chest feels so much better. Mine were under the muscle as well. Are you having a lift?

Yes I am. I am expecting to be in pain. Hopefully it won't be as bad as my mind is telling me to expect it to be.

How are you feeling ? Are they healing ok ? Are you still pleased with the doctor ?

I feel run down and am in pain but I’m only 2 days post op. I am beyond pleased. I provided my surgeon a picture of what my ideal boob would look like but knew he only had what I naturally had to work with since I did not want new implants. He went above my best expectations. I am very pleased with him. He was the most expensive surgeon I interviewed but knew I wanted cosmetassure and he provided it with his fee. He also is double board certified and has hospital privileges to all the major hospitals just in case.

Today is three days post op. I have some swelling under my arms and bruising. I also decided not to take the narcotic pain medicine and only use ibuprofen but that resulted in my underarms hurting even worse so I scheduled an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow just to make sure everything is progressing the way it should. They have been so great and I can email them videos and pictures back and forth and they are so fast to respond. The recovery is more intense then I thought it was going to be.

I can’t edit the 3 day update to include a picture so I have to do a whole nother post of 200 words! Sorry! My underarm/side boob is swollen and feels bigger than the actual boob I have left. I am very happy with how perky they look so far and can’t wait to get an update tomorrow.
