I am 8 weeks post-op from a saline implant removal, and breast lift with some fat transfer and I could not be happier with my results! Doctor Perez is so amazing, he did wonderful work, and along the way has made me feel so comfortable, confident, and safe in his hands.
Doctor Perez and his staff are wonderful, especially Tami. She has been so helpful and caring, especially since I traveled from Hawaii. The preoperative care and the postoperative care have been wonderful. The attention to healing, safety, and the best outcome was really important to me, and it is to Doctor Perez as well.
As recommended by Doctor Perez, I did pre-op supplementation, and post-op hyperbaric treatments, lymphatic massages along with supplementation. I can see these steps have helped me in healing. The recommended scar cream seems to be minimizing the scarring, even this early on.
After having my saline implants for 19 years (approx. cup size DDD), I decided that I would not get new implants, but rather go smaller and natural and so choose a breast lift with fat transfer. My natural breast tissue ended up being about a cup size D. Doctor Perez ended up doing some fat transfer to help shape more cleavage.
I chose to not get implants for many reasons, but primarily because I feel my body was really fighting against them for the past 10 years. I have experienced chronic inflammation, food sensitivities, hormone imbalance, brain fog, etc. Since removing my implants, I feel so much better. There is a noticeable decrease in inflammation, most notably in my face. I appreciated Doctor Perez listening to my concerns and working along with me to get the best results for me.
