I opted for a Breast Implant Removal and fat transfer from my abdomen. I was scared to be disfigured from getting only an Explant. I looked up women receiving Fat transfer and thought it would be the best route to not end up unhappy after I had the removal of implants.

Are you unhappy because of the look? Aren't you feeling relieved by getting those foreign objects out?

Post Surgery of July 2019 and Revision in Feb 2020

This is after two surgeries with Dr. Sayed I had implants removed. And a fat grafting. After waiting six months the breast were entirely asymmetrical and two different sizes. I asked for a revision. He cut and massive scars. I am now going to have another surgery to correct the size and shape with another doctor in another state.

Do you think you'd have had better results if you had explant then waited later to do FT?

Explant and one Fat Transfer. Scars are from his revising of my surgery after leaving lips of skin underneath the breast
