8 months update
In terms of changes - happy with breasts, don't see any changes since 3 months. Belly post lipo - still bothers me but not to the extent I want to have a revision. Exilis didnt work for me so will check sometime next year what else I can try non invasive. Scars - healed nicely under my butt, breasts, but a bit visible on my back so might try fraxel eventually.
All in all very happy I’ve done it. Love the way I look and feel now.

Lipo - stomach still has that small area that is slightly raised, not a massive problem though. I keep massaging it every day. I need to wait till my appointment in 2 weeks time with my PS to hear her opinion. Flanks - amazing, saddlebags and inner thighs - even shape, still massaging them from time to time. Scars - need more time and maybe laser on the back 2. Overall happy and feel very good :)

I had breast implants for over 9 years that were not done properly the first time. So a couple of years ago I started looking into an option of implants removal. I probably read over a hundred of reviews on realself, who can do explant in UK. That’s how I came upon Dr Kat’s name. Even though I am in London and she is based in Birmingham, that did not sop me ( I did see someone else as well on Harley Street, but he did not convince me, sounded very commercial). From the first time I met her, I felt absolutely at ease and 100% trusted her opinion. I asked if we could remove my implants and have fat transfer at the same time. She had no problem with that, described everything in detail what she would do and what would be possible to achieve in my case, showed me pictures of patients she performed a vaser lipo on and fat transfers. A true professional, who talks softly and confidently. You need to meet her and you’ll understand. I am still in early days after my surgery (8 days post op), but I absolutely love my results now - implants are gone, my breasts look very feminine (something I’ve never had) and lipo results already look very promising even with all the swelling (no more saddlebags!). Post op care and attention was amazing again - thank you Dr Kat and team!
