Before & After Photos-1st and 2nd Surgeries
WORTH IT
Some before and after collages. It definitely helps to see the real differences. Since I'm only 3 months post I'm not worried about the vertical scars. Six months after the 1st surgery they were almost invisible (as you can see in that photo) so another few months and I should be looking good on scarring. The second fat grafting helped blend the anchor scar underneath better as well.

9.22.2020- 3 Months Post 2nd Surgery (1 Year Post 1st Surgery)
3 Months after my 2nd fat grafting session with some skin tightening/areola adjustments. Overall things are looking and feeling good. That said....the improvement from this surgery is much more "feel" than "look". I can tell the top and bottom inside cleavage are fuller and I feel softer overall. I didn't have a big size difference (just half an inch more projection), but I'm definitely a little fuller around. Not as much volume seemed to stick as I thought would, but I'm still happy I went for a second round.
I didn't get as much areola reduction as I anticipated either, and I'm a little uneven now (but only by a little) and they are still puffy (which they never were before my surgeries). I noticed that after they first surgery as well, but that had gone down more by the 6 month point. I would bet when I do a check-in at my 1 year mark from this surgery that they skin will have shrunk down more and some of the puffiness will have subsided.
I'll also post some progress style pictures after this showing side my sides. While in an ideal world I'd still like a little more oomph, I don't see if being worth the stress on my body or my wallet to go for another round, especially given the modest improvement this second round gave me. Let me know if you have any questions.

9 Month Update, 6/20/2020
Alright, it's been a while! Doing well, but I did decide to go in for another round of fat grafting (these pics taken the week before). Overall I am very happy, and the Lotus Implant was definitely the right choice. Along with fat grafting the doctor is going to make my areolas smaller and tighten up the skin a little with a lollipop incision. I'll give an update on that in a few weeks, but wanted to get picks up of the before at 9 months. I'll have a few more photos posted after this due to size.
Don't have my fancy spread sheet available, but here are my updated measurements the day these pictures were taken.
Bust 34.5 in
Underbust: 28 im
Breast only, midline to armpit: 9 in
Nipple: 5 cm

How exciting! I will be looking out for your photo updates. Where are you getting the fat graft from?
Same doctor, pulling from my thighs again, mostly from the back and sides. I'm pretty lean everywhere else. I'll just be happy to maintain weight going forward so it should be easy sailing!
Nice results. I don't know why you would want your aureolas reduced, you look great!
I too love your areola size, but you are the one that has to be happy.
Did you get your surgery done yet?
