Explant without capsulectomy or lift

I decided to have my 19 y/o saline total submuscular implants removed without capsulectomy or lift under local anesthesia only.
I had augmentation at 18 years old. After removal I found I had total submuscular placement (none of my pectoral muscle was released). I hadn't experienced any life as an adult without implants.
I had begun to experience more pain and discomfort with my implants and wondered if some of my generalized symptoms were caused by them. I also was having severe neck and shoulder pain. I had been told by a neurosurgeon's PA the implants were not the cause but still wondered.
This has been the best decision I've ever made.
Here's symptoms I was having that have improved significantly:
Fatigue
Brain fog
Muscle weakness
Social anxiety
Muscle tightness
Joint pain/tightness
Insomnia
I still have a long road to rehabilitate my body after so many years but I'm excited to see how things continue to improve.
