Explant After 9 Years, Under Muscle 371silicone - 1 Child Breastfed

WORTH IT
I'm 31 years old. 5'6 feet 135 pounds. Breast fed one child.
I wanted to get my implants removed for a while now. Nothing was seriously wrong. Slight discomfort on right breast which I found out from the ultrasound was a small cyst potentially due to a clogged duct I had when I breastfed.
Disliked stomach sleeping, really hated chest exercises when working out, I enjoy running but always needed a heavy duty sports bra because there always seemed to be discomfort after with all the bouncing. I had a small rash on sides of breasts that never bothered me but showed up about 2 years ago and never went away. Also I am not into the look anymore, I find I like the natural look much more.
Dr. Kara was very professional and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and I know other women who went to him for breast augmentation and really liked him.
I had my surgery today and these pictures are pre op and about 4 hours post op. I will post more photos in the coming days. So far I really like how they look ! I know they will change a bit in the coming months.
Immediately after surgery I felt good, no pain. I don't have drains or wraps just my tight surgical bra and steristrips. I took a 2 hour nap once I arrived home and I experienced nausea/faint like symptoms which seems to be the case every time after I have anesthesia. Now at the moment about 8 hours post op I feel groggy and tired. Haven't needed any pain medication yet. Just feels like I did a chest workout.

First 2 days after surgery were uncomfortable. I don’t feel pain it’s more discomfort. I’ve only taken pain medication twice though so it’s not unbearable. I have very little swelling, some in my cleavage area and on my ribs. I don’t enjoy the feeling of them out of the tight sports bra, hard to explain but it feels empty.
I had a reaction to the antibiotics- rash on face, neck and chest but they switched antibiotics the next day for me and I’m all good now.
My left incision steristrip is loose but underneath seems ok, just have to clean it twice daily and make sure it stays dry.
I will add more photos soon! Trying to figure out how to scrub off the marker :P

Feeling good today, still uncomfortable/tender but much improvement. I have a 16 month old and I just started feeling comfortable enough to pick him up for very short periods of time. Luckily I’ve had my husband and family here to help out.
