Exceptional Results and a Great Experience.

Dr. Gould is an excellent plastic surgeon. I came to him a year ago to discuss whether he would be able to revise work done by another plastic surgeon. I was leaning toward breast implant removal and lift after three unsuccessful, back-to-back surgeries. My initial consultation with Dr. Gould was by phone, after sending in photos and a history. He spent time reviewing my case and answering any questions I had. He was cautious in his approach and said that I should wait a year prior to doing anything. I met with him in person last July, and he felt he could deliver a good result whatever I decided to do. I booked my surgery for December. WOW! Dr. Gould delivered. He encountered much beyond just dropped implants: it turns out my breast tissue had traveled down my abdominal wall AND my prior surgeon had punctured one of my implants sometime in the 19 months I had them. Dr. Gould skillful attended to it all. I LOVE my explanted breasts. He even did a fat transfer to add some volume. I had some bad scarring previously, so Dr. Gould also has been using state-of-the-art techniques to aid in healing scars from within, and plans to use lasers soon to reduce them further. Beyond loving the result, I was comfortable with Dr. Gould from the first consult, and always feel respected, by him and his team. I wish I had seen Dr. Gould initially when I had wanted a “mommy makeover,” and I am grateful that he was my surgeon when I needed help the most.
