Exceeded Expectations
Excellent!!! The complete experience from consultation to procedure to post-procedure was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Vu and all of his nurses and staff were extremely friendly, caring and everything was extremely organized. When I came in for any of the appointments, I was always greeted by my name as if they were expecting me. The procedure went exactly like they told me it would and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was a very calm and serene experience. I had the procedure done in the office, no anesthesia was required except for local and before I knew it, I was back home asleep. The results are amazing and the follow-up appointments have been wonderful. Thank you Dr. Vu, Judy and the rest of the team!
