When I was waiting for my surgery to come I would search endlessly for pics of implants that were my size to get an idea of what mine would even look like after removal. I was an A before implants 17 years ago and these were the fourth set done, 8 year old gummy, over the muscle. I have gained about 15 pounds since then and had three more kids. I can't tell you how much lighter I feel. I was nervous about how they would look after a lift since my skin has been over stretched for so long but Dr. H Jae Chun is just an amazing and skilled surgeon that my boobs look even better then they were before 17 years ago!

Your capsules were so thin. That's awesome. You look super already. Doesn't it FEEL SO GOOD. I think you'll be obsessed with squishing your new real self. It feels so much hetter than those hard implants. Congrats again!!!

Hi!! It's great!! I'm feeling so much better with those things out of my body! I could not believe how huge and heavy they were. I also could not believe a PS looked at my smaller body frame and decided it was perfectly fine to fit 800cc's in me!! I'm SMALL but I'm loving that it's the real me. Thank you for checking in on me!!

800cc Implant removal and lift update!

Here are some pics of my progress and healing. Everything has been smooth sailing, for the first few weeks of post op all the volume I thought I had was all swelling, but now that my body is healing everything is settling into how they are meant to be.

Hello there, I’m thinking about getting implants. I read your comment and not sure what’s it meant ( did you mean that you wish you never had them done?) thanks for your time.

18 month explant/mastopexy update!

I loved what Dr. Chun did for me and how he brought me back to my youthful self but
in the end I really miss the eeling of my clothes getting filled out. I had always wondered about fat transfer to the breast after explant but was told I was too thin and wouldn't have enough fat. It wasn't until a month ago I found Dr. Bednar who specializes in breast fat transfer on thin women! I decided to go ahead with the it since I wasn't feeling so feminine after I was healed. I barley for into any bras and was really concaved. I went in at 123lbs 5'4 19BMI for lipo from my flanks, back of my thighs, inner thighs and lower back. I recieved 420cc each breast! I am so grateful to have the two best world renowned surgeons out there! What a combo!

Thanks for the updates on your journey..I will be following you to see how well the fat holds in place..what did the surgeon say about whether it might get smaller later?

I was told that I would most likely lose about 25-30% due to swelling and tumescent fluid. Which I'm totally fine with. So far so good, it's softening up day to day and starting to feel like real boobies!

May I ask what made you ultimately decide to remove the implants? BII or were you just over them? Happy continued healing dear.

I felt like it was time since I had them for over 17 years they were giving me back and shoulder problems and alot of BII symptoms but I figured that it came with age.

Hi, this looks very painful with so much bruising. Did you have at least local anaesthetic? Was there a reason why you didn't consider a smaller (than the original) implant instead?
