8 week post Fat transfer to breast after explant surgery.
8 week update after fat transfer to breast. I’m absolutely loving my new breast as they feel natural and have basically filled out the concaved area in my upper pole. I’m not looking to be huge again so I’m very happy with my outcome currently.

I loved what Dr. Chun did for me and how he brought me back to my youthful self but
in the end I really miss the eeling of my clothes getting filled out. I had always wondered about fat transfer to the breast after explant but was told I was too thin and wouldn't have enough fat. It wasn't until a month ago I found Dr. Bednar who specializes in breast fat transfer on thin women! I decided to go ahead with the it since I wasn't feeling so feminine after I was healed. I barley for into any bras and was really concaved. I went in at 123lbs 5'4 19BMI for lipo from my flanks, back of my thighs, inner thighs and lower back. I recieved 420cc each breast! I am so grateful to have the two best world renowned surgeons out there! What a combo!

800cc Implant removal and lift update!
Here are some pics of my progress and healing. Everything has been smooth sailing, for the first few weeks of post op all the volume I thought I had was all swelling, but now that my body is healing everything is settling into how they are meant to be.
