My nipples are uneven and cleavage is weird - suffered from necrosis

In 2009 I had my second breast augmentation where I went from 425 cc's (D cup) to 600 cc's (DD cup). I now desire to have smaller breasts, but because I did not want to have a lift, the doctor informed me that my ability to size down is limited. Tomorrow 11/20/20 I will have my 600 cc implants removed and replaced with 475 cc's with no lift. I thought others might benefit from seeing the transformation. I don't know yet how it will turn out, but I invite you on this journey with me.

I'm curious to how they will fix the right side? It looks slightly bottomed out or something. Maybe it's the lighting or angle?? Will that be fixed/corrected/supported with mesh on that side? Wondering how surgery came out?? Love to see an update when your up to it. Take care and happy healing.

Hi! Actually it's my left, and the implant had fallen slightly out of the pocket. So there was about a 3 cm difference between my inframammary folds. It's my understanding that during surgery Dr. Kung tightened both pockets laterally to bring the new implants in medially and revised the underside of the left pocket to address the issue you've pointed out. I can't remove my bra for a few days, but when I can I will take pictures. Of course, final results will take some time and they won't look good for a few months.

June 25th I went from 635 to 325. No sagging, no extra skin they look amazing. I wasn't down at all with pain, I hurt myself forgetting I just had surgery but otherwise the easiest thing. Good luck !!!

3 surgeries later my nipples are uneven, my cleavage is weird, and his assistant put my binder on so tight it caused necrosis and I’m scarred. He was nice though.

You can see for yourself. He revised for costs of anesthesia. That scar across by breast makes me want to cry every time I look in the mirror.
