Dr Cassileth is not only technically and artistically skilled but caring, kind, considerate. I would go nowhere else but to Cassileth Plastic Surgery no matter what procedure I was considering— these women are selected from the best of the best. There are no implants in these reduced breasts and they look and feel so much better.

Gorgeous Results, NO IMPLANT
Dr Cassileth uses fat transfer to fill any areas that would cause too much slope and she removes implants en bloc, actually video-taping after surgery to show you what was just removed: in my case, 325cc implants that my male surgeon placed instead of the 265cc That needed replacement.As I grew older my breast tissue increased, and my waistline grew shorter with all that breast tissue. Local plastic surgeons recommended replacing the implants + mastopexy... but, luckily, research led me to Dr Cassileth, who said I had plenty of breast tissue and dis not need implants. She carefully measured and used digitized images to measure my breasts— my results are absolutely beautiful. This is like a dream.

DR CASSILETH IS THE BEST!
Every other surgeon I consulted wanted to use implants to improve shape after surgery— Dr Cassileth was confident she could work with my breast tissue and, as you can see, she did a superb job, (no implants!.) Dr C is compassionate, reassuring, incredibly accomplished and has an unparalleled CV; and everyone on the entire practice makes your experience a pleasure, even with the soreness and angst you might experience as a normal part of such a big decision and procedure. I’m a fan!
