Healing has been going well. Definitely still sore during certain movements which pull at my stitches. I can starting applying scar cream now. Haven’t really fluffed out but constantly wearing a tight sports bra might have something to do with it… and it’s early. I’m definitely droopy but that’s ok! At this time still not considering additional procedures. Next week I’ll start bra shopping. Find something to push these little ladies up!

Had my follow up appointment today. Everything is healing nicely and I’ve graduated from the compression wrap to a supportive sports bra! . The ones I have at home are too big so off to buy smaller ones:). Still sore, especially at the incision sites and a bit achy overall. Sleeping better for I’ve allowed myself to sleep on my side the past couple of nights.
Oh, got to take my implants home and when the nurse handed me the bag I couldn’t believe how heavy they were! I mean I knew they were heavy… heck I’ve been wearing them for 12 years! But to actually feel the weight in my hands was a trip! I weighed them when I got home…almost 2 pounds! So glad to have those toxic heavy bags out of my body.
Also I think my breasts will end up being the size before implants… which was a B. They look pretty much the same… just hang a bit lower! But I don’t care… love my new look. I will post more photos in a month or so. At this point no real difference from last week.

Who did you go with for local?? I’m trying to find someone so I avoid general anesthesia& have such a hard time :(
I saw Dr. Harrington! Yes, local is the way to go if you can find a doctor to do it. I'm finding more and more that offer that.

Incisions are sore at itchy. My left breast has significant bruising compared to my right. Is that normal?

Yay! Glad you are happy! I can't wait to get this dang wrap off and wear something normal! I love being flat chested!! I feel much more petit and more like myself. Tomorrow is my one week check up and going I can graduate to a compression bra at least.
