WORTH IT
I've had my breast augmentation, 300 CC textured mentor low profile, on 18 Feb 2019 at a well known beauty institute in Bangkok, Thailand. My original breast size was deflated C. I've never had kids but I've lost some volume to aging, gravity and weight loss. My boob looked great after the BA, my breast size was up to DD which was a bit too big for my frame (5.3", 117 lbs). After 1 month, I started developing severe neck and shoulder along with constant headache which was related to strain on my neck.
I started doing an intense research and found Dr. Visnu who is an expert in breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, breast lift and breast implant removal in Thailand. He was kind, sympathetic, confident, and very knowledgeable. I told him I wanted to remove my implant and all the capsule and he suggested that I could also get a donut lift, I then agreed to the process.
My implant removal + capsulectomy + donut lift surgery was done yesterday (5 May 2019), I felt a tingling pain on my chest after I left the surgery room. When I woke up this morning, the pain has subsided and I feel healthier and lighter. I am happy with my decision to remove my implant and felt lucky to have found Dr. Visnu.
Overall, I am not against breast implant but I feel that it's not for everyone. This has been a very big lesson for me in every way, I'm learning to love my natural self and putting my health before my appearance.

Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm glad it was such a positive one! It sounds like it was a hard lesson to learn, but you did the right thing for yourself. Best of luck as you heal!
