I think if you are 30 or under this may work
But if over 40 skin won’t bounce back

I think it depends on skin elasticity- I know this goes down with age but if it isn’t half bad the outcome might be better than expected.
I breastfed two kids, one for 14 months and one for 12 months. My boobs became huge- even during pregnancy! And I had the implants for a long time.. Still, my boobs bounced back!
I also read about a a surgeon in LA on here who did mostly large implants and he always suggested to remove implants without a lift first and to come back after 6 months if the patient was unhappy with the way they looked. Apparently 90% didn’t come back.
Obviously it is a personal choice to have a lift- I just think, if you can afford two separate surgeries to do that, as the result might be much better than expected. I was told by two different surgeons that my breasts would be flat, empty, droopy and deformed. I think my boobs are none of that- maybe tiny and a little flat, yes but that was to be expected.

You look fabulous!! You must be over the moon with these results. Thanks for sharing your story & pics, I’m hesitant about scarring too, and your results make me feel better about at least waiting to see how I heal from the explant before considering the lift
