WORTH IT
My breasts keep shrinking which is okay for me as the skin tightens and gets firmer but I can see some small dents in the skin underneath my nipples appearing. I hope this will flatten out over time. Although I have tiny boobs now, I am still thrilled the outcome. I feel like me again and I didn’t even notice that I hadn’t fully be me. Over the years I started covering my big bust and wearing baggy clothes. Now I feel better than ever..

Pre-revision 1 and 2
The first photo after my first breast augmentation. I had 350cc implants that had bottomed out shorty after the implants were put in. I had a revision (photo 2) were this was corrected and 380cc implants were put in. Unfortunately my left implant bottomed out again which was later corrected with yet another surgery.

The day of implant removal
I took this photo on the day the implants were removed. Hopefully it can give you an idea of how my breasts changed in just over one week. My nipples are no longer inverted and my breasts are starting to get firmer each day.

But if over 40 skin won’t bounce back
I breastfed two kids, one for 14 months and one for 12 months. My boobs became huge- even during pregnancy! And I had the implants for a long time.. Still, my boobs bounced back!
I also read about a a surgeon in LA on here who did mostly large implants and he always suggested to remove implants without a lift first and to come back after 6 months if the patient was unhappy with the way they looked. Apparently 90% didn’t come back.
Obviously it is a personal choice to have a lift- I just think, if you can afford two separate surgeries to do that, as the result might be much better than expected. I was told by two different surgeons that my breasts would be flat, empty, droopy and deformed. I think my boobs are none of that- maybe tiny and a little flat, yes but that was to be expected.
