Wrinkles are more defined and sunken in
My original post has been removed as Dr. Fengs...
My original post has been removed as Dr. Fengs office threatened to sue me if it was not changed. Her office manager, Linda called me and verbally attacked me and told me that I would be “taken down” by their attorney if I didn’t change my original post to fit their requirements. I have never been treated more poorly than I have by the staff at Dr. Lu-Jean Feng’s clinic. Just to be clear, as Linda demanded I include, I had 550 cc’s and breastfed two children, which is why my results are hideous and my own fault. As Linda said, “you did this to yourself”.
Look at the before and after photos and make the choice for yourself on whether or not Dr. Feng is right for you. I hope you make a wiser choice than I did.
As requested, these are pictures from 5 days after surgery.

i will also say that i also thought that to go to a doctor who only explants would probably be wise. BUT...dr feng is also so passionate about removing implants, for overall health, that its almost anti and kind of "political" now for her, for lack of a better word. thats fine except when it implies that whatever health issues people have are connected to implants. and there is just no way to know that, until possibly after explanting. and it makes we wonder if they then don't sacrifice the aesthetic job at times, thinking its better to have them out than in, no matter what the outcome - by her comment, you did this to yourself.
which isn't fair as we need to have a clear idea of what we'll go through and be left with to be able to make a decision if and how we want to have any surgery. or we were then misled putting them in without the full reality of implants and then we again feel duped taking them out.
I'm sorry for your stress.
try to wait until 6 months to worry. i know that is impossible but you will heal and then you can do fat transfer and any scar corrections if you want to. dr casselith in beverly hills does some good corrections - as many do.
this isn't a done deal yet.
thanks for posting.

If I were Dr Feng, I'd be ashamed of my handiwork.
The scarring will fade with time, the placement of your breasts has changed, however no excess skin appears to have been removed. In your before photo, your breasts are not overly large nor does the skin appear to be stretched or thin! Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words and the heavy-handedness of the Dr's practice manager cannot undo that.
Best of luck.

I have worked in an operating theatre and have seen many explants, implants, and breast lifts and reductions. I'm well aware of how it should look, how the procedure is performed and what the skin should look like. I haven't seen one as bad as poor Megan's before.
Despite any surgeons credentials, things can and sometimes do go wrong.
Incidentally, do you work for Dr Feng?
