Most of my breast tissue had been removed below the nipple

One of my breast implants ruptured, and I needed to have them removed immediately. My main concern was having breast tissue accidentally removed, and he assured me that this rarely happen. He performed the surgery on me back in June of 2017. Incidentally, after the surgery, I realized that most of my breast tissue had been removed below the nipple on the breast where the ruptured implant was. When I questioned this, he explained that he had a hard time removing the implant on this breast. He also refused to take responsibility for it and actually blamed the plastic surgeon who originally put the breast implants in. I was basically left maimed after this surgery and no way to do anything about it.
