So I had m consultation with Dr Bryson Richards here in las Vegas and scheduled my surgery date may 4 that's right around the corner and I'm nervous but exited to get them out. There's nothing wrong with my implants, no BII, I just think after 9 years it's time to take them off. In the future I would def get a lift if I really need to. I currently have 500-525cc saline implants placed under the muscle.

They are out!
I’m one day post op and feel great! Explant under local was a little rough. I had saline implants so my PS popped the implant and pulled the bag out. Once he popped the implant the water felt so warm then he squeezed my breast so he can squeeze the implant water out and that was a bit uncomfortable ( didn’t like it at all) other then that everything was great I feel great they don’t look as bad as I thought they would I actually like them lol all in all I’m happy

Thank you. I had my implants deflated last Thursday and will have the implant removed in 2 weeks under general. I feel so happy and free ( even though yesterday I felt a little down ) not about having my implants but for feeling a level of discomfort with the implant still being there. I don’t regret having the implants deflated at all because they had become too heavy and big. I’m actually bigger than I was prior to getting my implants but they are flat still have to fluff. Do you mind sharing what compression bra you use and other things you’ve done to help with your recovery? Thanks a lot :)

I wore the compression bandage they gave me the first 3-4 days after that I started wearing a sports bra I got from Walmart. It clips and sips up from the front. They told me to wear something snug but not tight and too push them upwards. I didn't really do much I drove myself back home they next day I went to work. I did feel a little sore but I took some Tylenol. I am taking a lot of vitamins just because I'm getting ready for my other surgery. Don't know if they helped with my recovery but it was smooth. Everyday your breast change you'll be surprised, at first I was like ehh lol but as the days goes by they start to look better and better.

I just noticed that you replied back to my message . Thanks so much for the info! I’m still very happy with my decision I do not miss having the implants at all I honestly feel like I’ve never had them ( even though I had them in for 15 years). I feel so much better in my clothes now ( my implants looked natural and I had no problems at all, but I gained weight so the implants went from a 34C to a 34 DD and I felt too top heavy . Have your breast gotten smaller since you first had the explant or are they the same size since you first explanted ? Also, you mentioned you’re getting ready for your next surgery do you mind sharing if it’s related to your breast such as a breast lift or fat transfer ?

I think they've gotten a tad fuller I'll post pics soon.same I felt too heavy on top I looked pregnant in some clothing lol I'm getting a bbl next week. I'm good without a breast lift. I want to give it time even then I don't think I'll get one, I'm loving my results so far

Looking forward to seeing your pics. I plan to post on here soon sharing my story. How big is your scar from the explant? Yes you definitely don’t need a lift your breast look great ! I feel the same don’t plan on a breast lift and the feeling of a natural breast is nothing like it! Lol I understand what you’re saying completely about feeling pregnant at times . With the BBL you’re gonna have a pear shape which I think is very sexy to be smaller chested on top and thicker on the bottom half ( all shapes are beautiful) that’s just my personal favorite. Please share your story on the BBL if you don’t mind. Are you planning to have that surgery under local where you will be awake? I know of quite a few surgeons who perform the surgery that way with amazing results. I’ve sculpting lipo so it would be nice to hear your story /outcome. Best wishes during your surgery I know it will be a success just as much as your explant journey ! Hope to hear from yo soon.

I was able to find your post about the BBL! I like who you used as your wish pics she has such a nice body since getting her BBL I even liked how her body looked with the BBL without the breast implants. The doctor you’re going to his work looks amazing! Did he also do April’s bbl ? You’re going to look so good!!

Yes her body is very nice!! Don’t be nervous you will do just fine and be protected every step of the way! Cant wait to see your pics!! I looked at the work of the doctor you’re going to and it looks very natural!

I noticed you didn't have your capsules removed! I'm guessing you never had an BII symptoms but was just done with them, is that correct?

There was really nothing wrong with my breast I was just over them and how big they were. I went to 2 different doctors and they both told me I didn't need my capsule removed unless I had a capsular contracture or if I was experiencing any BII symptoms. Once they removed my implants I did asked about the capsule he said they were him and that it all looked normal.

I’m loving them!
I was so scared on how they were going to turn out but so far they looking good and I’m in love. And coworkers haven’t even notice ( or maybe they have and don’t want to ask lol) either way I’m cool with that lol

I am curious as to why you put a thumbs down "not worth it"? Your results look better than most that post right after surgery. Usually it takes a lot longer for their results to show after fluffing, suction cupping, massage...and many months of waiting.
