WORTH IT
Well I have never regretted one second my decision!!! I honestly feel so good and to be real! I can wear anything now and not look Matrimonial! I wear a small an some an extra small not a large because of the fake boobs!!! I heard from my fiancé that men prefer real over fake no matter what size. Wow who knew?? Almost every woman that comes in our office or we see daily has huge fake boobs not kidding young or older! I only wish I would have never done it at all. They hype it all up to be so great it’s not great.
Now I would love to get a fat transfer or two rounds if needed but it has to be by a qualified doctor that has experience in doing large cup size and has good fat retention rate because of how they do it.
Any recommendations for Northern California or close to that very much appreciated! Thank you no blessings to you!

congrats on your explant and recovery! isn't it great to feel natural and enjoy how smaller boobies fit in clothes? i hope you embrace your new old breasts and stop looking in the mirror. love yourself. spend the money you would pursue on looking good on some abused unloved animals in a shelter. please. you will feel beautiful inside which is more important and everlasting. xxoo Anna

Congratulations and I can’t wait to get mine out! I have capsular contracture and hate how heavy these feel. They are only 300cc ! Enjoy your small ones…

Cheerful4082 , how long did you have the silicone implants ? What cup size you was before implants , if you don't mind to say it .

So sorry that I haven’t seen this before now. I got my implants October 2011. I’m a 32DD now but before the surgery I was a 32C or a 34B. I still have these implants and waiting to get them out. My insurance denied but Medicare will remove them since I have capsular contracture. That will be in one more year.

Hello. i am Monamona,
and yes, i did go for xrays and dental specialist for many years. I did finally had a new fix bridge. Unfortunately the extreme sharp neadles, burning, glass chooing, severe pain persist and the diagnosos was: trigeminal Nerve Disfunccion (atypical Trigeminal Nerve desease) I am on Carbamezapina,Mirtasepina,CBD etc constantly for life i was told. No cure for Atypical TN l was told . . . . . It is really horrible. Thank you all good doctors for trying to respond to my question, it is not solution to my suffering.........the three surgeries for TN are not suitable for my ailment i was told by Doctors. It is the second branch the affected nerve. If i severe the culprit nerve i would end up withtwisted face..... Drs do not want to do it.

Well to be honest I’ve had my ups and downs.. for me the swelling made it look more full after explanting well over two weeks then it changed to dipping or concaving they call it. I was prepared for that but most people I looked at were the worst right after, mine wasn’t the case it happened much later.
In healing I’m still soar but doing well. I have more feeling all over my breast than when I had implants! Yay!! And I got back a normal feeling to my one nipple that always just felt like a annoying pinched nerve not quite right. Which I always hated!! I’m working out my chest now and I’m massaging it all over everyday which seems to help, also using mederma for my scars on the nipples. I had him go through there to have less scars.
Anyway, I would totally not change anything I’m very happy I got my explant. I remind myself its a time for healing for now which takes months so it will only get better lol.
Not sure if this has happened to anyone else or it’s just me but after explanting I noticed so many women with fake boobs! Everywhere lol! I guess I didn’t notice much before because I was one of them! Mine jiggle now I love that! Fake ones look and feel fake no matter what. Plus I’m healthy!!!! Real feels sooooo soft! Ok ladies blessing to you and in your journey!

Were the implants removed through the nipple, or under the breast?

They were through the nipple it the same place as when I had implants put in.

I went thru an explant of silicone implants and a subsequent fat transplant. They are still small but I am so much happier and lighter!! Good luck...it will take time but you will be glad.

I ex planted two weeks ago and am also noticing everyone has fake boobs or overly large fat looking boobs! I always so self absorbed. I thought I stood out and was embarrassed. Now I see huge boobs everywhere for some reason! I think huge boobs make everyone look much heavier than they are, myself included.

Everywhere especially in California! They are a dime a dozen! I like having my sensation back much more sensitive all over like normal! I forgot its been so long ago!

That's fantastic! I had mine placed under the muscle, through the nipples, Halloween 2000. I'm planning an explant soon, and getting ANY sensation back would be awesome. I'd say that I lost 95% with the augmentation. Oh please please please, i hope it turns out that way for me :)

First I want to say that the Constipation and bloating is REAL! Take you laxative! I did but the Surgery and pain pills apparently constipated me even still today ugh. I don’t take pain pills so it hit me hard! I’m still bloated!
Then taking a shower not a sponge bath was wonderful! I bumped my breast and it hurt but I remember my fake ones a car door could hit it no big deal haha! I know some of you ladies know what I mean! Lol I’m glad I have the girls back and have feeling in them again!
My fiancé is really so supportive I’m so blessed to have him in my life as I was scared to let him see them. I was already prepared thankfully from this site. He looked and said you look beautiful and your going to be healthy and natural now. He said I don’t love you for your breast I love you for you. That was such a relief we women are emotional creatures and want to be desired. He said he can’t wait and is getting excited to have them heal to enjoy them! We met when I had them of course but I already was planning on explant for myself and honestly so happy I did it was the best decision ever! I only wish I could have done it sooner! Every day I’m feeling so much better and really happy I know these bags made me extremely tired and feeling depressed when I’m normally not like that so now I’m thankful.
If your deciding to do it just do it! You will only benefit from it your health and happiness is there for the taking grab it!

getting mine out and my biggest worry is how saggy they are going to look and thinking will my husband still find me attractive which is what is concerning more, Im taking mine out because one is capsulated I get bad pains in my shoulders elbows fingers and never feeling 100%. So its good to read other peoples experience.

Of course I understand. Once my fiancé saw that I had made my mind up and happily looking forward to feeling better he was on board. I think they have to see how serious we are and it's not all what it's cracked up to be having theses fake boobs. Now he's more aware and is pointing out the fake boobs in people. Maybe it's a guy thing? Lol

I have my 2nd consult Wednesday. I was told I’ll need a lift as well. Some of the comments say to wait a year to do a lift but because of my age and the amount of time I’ve had these bags in I’m pretty sure this is the correct decision for me.
December 3, 2019
When I had my implants removed, I had total reconstruction after the removal...I don't see why you would have to wait to have a lift!

To answer your question, I had done my research and asked several doctors and that' was the advice they gave me. So if I didn't need it why would I waste money to get it? In my case wait and see worked out well for me. Now fat graphing is another procedure I wanted to also wait on because not knowing what I would be left with in the first place.
