He doesn't care about result - left me with asymmetry/saggy pocket

I had implants removed April 2022 and thought I did enough research on Dr Tiwari but as it turns out I made a bad choice. I asked all the questions beforehand, researched & watched his YouTube videos, etc and felt confident he was a great choice. One of the few reasons I chose Dr Tiwari was he has a YouTube video where he does some kind of internal suture to make the implant pocket not sag after removal...which he must have done to only 1 side. I expressed concern from the beginning about differences only to be dismissed and to wait. I live 6 hours away and I finally just scheduled another post op to see him in person - again only to be dismissed and he offered no explanation, didn't take accountability and just had a totally different demeanor that day. He tried to blame it on the implants, my dominant hand etc but all he was blaming was wrong. The implant that sat higher was opposite from what he was trying to blame, my dominant hand is left not right like he assumed. It doesn't make sense why he would do that and leave me botched when he could have easily made them symmetrical. They were pretty symmetrical before implants, with implants they were not and now they're even worse. You can see where the one side pocket is just left hanging versus the other that is normal and they're totally different shapes. He could have done what was necessary and if needed, charged me for it rather than be careless about the way I would look after.
