Amazing Surgery Experience!

From the moment I walked into Restore for my consultation, I just knew this was the place I wanted to do my surgery. Dr. Gallus is absolutely amazing, she's kind, knowledgeable and was helpful from the very beginning. Wonderful bedside manner. The rest of her staff is the best...front desk, billing, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. With the whole process, I truly felt that they cared about me and wanted to help me gain my surgery objective. Dr Gallus explained everything soooo well, as did the rest of the staff at each part of the procedure.
My favorite was the care taken on the operating table before I went under. I was visible nervous, and the anesthesiologist calmed me with pictures of his puppy, the nurses comforted me, and Dr Gallus held my hand as I went under. One of my favorite parts is my nurse was sitting bedside when I woke up, reassuring me that everything went great and comforting me as I came to. Many times before I've woken up from anesthesia to the staff all buzzing around the operating room, tidying up, etc., leaving me wondering what day it was, where I was, etc. But no, my nurse was right there for me in the recovery room.
And that's all talking about their personalities and actions. Dr Gallus did an amazing job on my actual surgery (explant/lift). So grateful for this team, would highly recommend.
