Hello. It's been almost 7 years since I did my explant. So here is my update photo. I am happy with the result. Hopefully this gives some more hope to women who are in this same boat. Breasts keep changing! Take care!

Almost 6 years post op!
So it's been a while. This is my -almost- 6 years post op review. If I compare the pics from year to year, wooow, boobs do change during live. I am really happy. They are small but they changed so much. For the record, I am now at 86 cm, almost a complete A cup hahaha. I do not take any hormones, I did not gained weight. You have to let your body heal. My scars are still ugly.. well yeah.. I accepted it. So please, if you read this do not try to pump your breast to soon! Did my breast volume changed after using breast pumps? Yes they did. I went from 76 cm to 83cm and stayed on that. So for me it worked but it ruined my scars. And now, slowly my breast are getting bigger with aging. So please wait before pumping at least one year after operation. Let your scars heal. Regards!

Hi! I am one year post explant. You mentioned using a pump. Can you tell me what that was?

Hi. Here they are, the close ups from the scars. After surgery my size was 76 cm. Now more then 2 years later I am at 83 cm. My weight is still the same.. so breasts really do change and settle after surgery.

Did you have a en bloc removal or total capsulectomy and a breast lift when you removed your implants?

I am going to explant at the end of august .I am very very anxious about the surgery , pain and results .I try to relax but it is hard for me.
I do not plan to do a lift except at this time but I have not seen my surgeon yet.

Hiiiiiiiii ! I had an total capsulectomy and a breast lift. I had fluid in the capsule so everything needed to be removed. My surgeon advised me to do a breast lift because in those 5 years I had my big boobies.. I was 2 times pregnant and I breastfed them both so my skin was really really stretched out. I understand how you are feeling.. I can tell you that the pain after removal is not that bad. Try not to worry to much... Look at me, my breasts changed so much in those 2 years. X
Hi Thank you for your kind words. I try to relax but I have been in excrutiating pain for 4 months now.Scar tissu tearing of my left breast fascia and pectoral.
I am so looking forward removing my implant after 15 years ! I know I will not be back to the way I used to be but as long as I am pain free I will be fine.

Wow! Awesome results! Do you still have sensation in the nipple area? I'm o hoping not to loose that. Explanting Wednesday. Thank-you for your far out update!! Very helpful.
Hi, I am sorry that I only see this message now. And Yes I am having sensation in the nipples and around, way more then when I haved the silicones. Everything feels much better now. Sure they were pretty sore after operation but they heal. Hope your explant went well!

Hi Piewiee! What a great result! I am happy you updated it and made the comment that the breast sized increased with time. I have tiny breasts and can’t remember exactly how they looked 30 years ago, but I’m already excited with my results 4 weeks post op and it would be just amazing that they could look even better with time!
