515cc 4 years implants removal

Still feeling good but really disappointed, I contacted the PS to ask about the stitch thread. As no one gave me any recommendations when and how they shall be removed, she said normally you should have an appointment to remove them.
I can’t believe it, shouldn’t this be planned after the sugery!! I had to contact her to inform me that I should take another appointment to remove them. It is insane…I am still under the choc.
Anyway I added some photos of the progress

By boobs are etching a lot
