34 year old with 2 kids - removal of 370cc saline implants

WORTH IT
Absolutely no regrets still. They may not be as perky as I want but I still don't want a lift. They look completely normal and feel full and nice. I guess I got lucky and kept quite a bit breast tissue. I did have a bit of lipo with fat transfer back in Feb but only about 210ccs per breast...I don't feel any of the fat made it but I wasn't relying on the fat transfer to make or break my feelings on my new/old boobies.

You look amazing! I'm a good bit older (48 and I've had saline implants for 11 years) but this gives me hope! I don't want a lift and seeing your results makes me hope I won't need it!
They look great!! You are really lucky that you have such great skin
It does not look like he removed the capsules with such a small incision. Did he do an enbloc or capsale removal when he removed the implants?
You look amazing and I feel look better with no implants! I don’t feel you need to do anything else

No regrets still. Now on to my mommy makeover. I am going to have lipo of abdomen and flanks on Feb 25th. I will make a post when thats all done too.
I am going to use the same Dr I used for my Implant removal.

Day 3

So i didn't mention this was done with local and obviously no drains. This is day three. I have blisters on my right breast from an allergic reaction to adhesive bandages.

Im pleased with how they look and feel so far but hop they fluff up a bit over the next few weeks.

You look great! I’m hoping to have mine removed in the next few months. I’m reading lots of explant reviews to try and build up the courage. thank you for sharing your story, every little bit helps me in solidifying the decision. Good luck in your recovery.
Do you feel more or less feminine now than you did before? Not to be an ass, just curious if how your own self image conflicts with the image you had before.
I feel the same amount of feminine as i did before. The implants were just heavy and obviously fake in so many outfits i was tired of the whole thing. I feel great!
You look great, natural and beautiful
Were you able to have the procedure done in the surgeons office, since it was done with a local? Would you mind explaining how it was done? I have one implant left I would like to have removed and doing it in the office would sure make it easier! Thanks for the information.
