One week out and feeling great!
Here’s my one week update (2 days late). I feel great! I took a pain med the first night but felt that I didn’t need anymore after that. First day after I was a little sore but other than that the recovery has been easier than I expected. I went back to work two days later with very very little discomfort. ( not recommended though. Take it easy if it can!) I don’t know if this has helped but I have been drinking a lot of bone broth this last week. Ive heard it’s had some amazing healing properties and slammed with great collagen! If anything, it has saved my stomach from all the antibiotics. I’m usually very sensitive to those. I’m so happy with the result. I would love if they fluffed up a little bit but I would be completely okay if they stayed like this. The photos are more forgiving than what they actually look like but still happy!! Doc says I’m good to working out in two weeks and I looking forward to that!

I couldn’t be happier. Photos from the morning after the procedure! Definitely a little sore but maybe a 4/10. I only took a half a pain pill the night of and that’s it. Pain pills make me sick so I’ll stick to Tylenol if needed. Just hope some of the upper poll fluffs up over the next few months but I couldn’t be applied with the size ????

Today is the day
So excited today is here. I’m all Val and gowned yo ready to go back. Here’s a last pic before these suckers come out. Excited to be apart of the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee once again!!
