I have always been happy about my implants - no problems. I had 240 cc and 260 cc under muscle, eurosilicone, textured, semicohesive silicone.
After breastfeeding my mindset totally changed. I do not care about boobies - they are for feeding a baby - which I did with no problems at all. My skin also thinned out and I was very aware of the two bags of silicone behind my skin.
I explanted - but it does not look good. I was actually not aware of the surgeon (under augmentation) cutting my muscle - naive, I know. But I did not know and I am so so sad! Well, I hope some magic happens and the result will improve.

I'll try to take pictures later. It is when i flex my arms - using my pectoralis muscle, then my breasts move up and out..
I am not sure What it is you are describing.. maybe afhesions to the muscle? :)

Just so I can understand. If I lift my arm I've got this "double bubble", and im not sure if the concave part of my breasts are adhesions or if they're just empty, but when I stand straight up everything looks pretty nice :)
