I love my explant surgery. Having larger breast implants kept me uncomfortable for years. I feel youthful and FREE. None of the other plastic surgeons even considered not putting in new implants. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Park and now Im off the breast implant revision "ride."

Right after surgery
Its been a couple days since surgery. Can i just say pain killers suck and drains are super awkward. Did not see the first two nights. Now I practically pass out asleep every few hours. I very itchy snd thats annoying. I AM very happy with my results with Dr. Park. He had a difficult job.

The worst is over and everyday will get better. Mine come Thursday, I'm excited and nervous.

I did not get implants. Im so happy I didn't I like the size they are now.

Saline implant deflation
I took a couple photos of before and after. Now I will wait a couple months to see whats left and how the skin retracts. They are not uncomfortable, but it is a little weird to see your skin rumpled and stuck to the “space bag”. Im going to take a run this weekend and see how that is.

Hi, Your 350 cc implants look really big on you, are you petite? I have 325 cc implants and people always think that they're bigger because of how the look on me. I border between small and medium frame. I'm looking forward to getting mine out this winter. Wishing you quick healing!
Thank you. Im about 5'3 118 pounds. They feel huge. When they drained them they removed 700cc. I was wearing 34 D/DD -36D
Thank you for your comments and the photos. I had my saline implants removed about 8 years ago. Only had them for a little over a year and was satisfied but I'm a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable. Both my breast look identical to the photo you showed of the one breast after "deflation". Of course, I could go back and have a "lift" but my breasts look fine in a good fitting bra so I'll live with what I've got. Frankly, I wish I had never had the implants but hindsight is never around in the present. Would love to see some photos when you are completely redone. Thank you for sharing. I want to explant my saline implants as well. 17yrs too big, bottomed out 350cc like you. I just had a consult 3 days ago and I was disappointed in what the ps said. He told me to leave them alone and that I wouldn't like the results after explant!! He also told me just to remove them he charges 9,000! He said to exchange for silicone that they are safe. I don't want to replace. I am going for more consults. My implants are soft so I want to deflate then explant like you did. I hope I find a ps that will do this. I live in ma.
keep searching. I had to go to many doctors. One of them said just get a lift and not remove the implants. Another said he would only go under the muscle and he couldn't go smaller, wouldn't look good. and on and on. I finally found one who offered the draining, and then wait to do the lift or put in smaller implants. Im hoping that I will have enough tissue for no implants. Or do a mini implant. I wanted the IDEAL IMPLANT but the profile is too high and I would have to go to big. Good luck and keep trying.
PS. the deflation was inexpensive , but I still need to have the actual surgery.. which is about 10,000

That seems excessively high. I live in a high-end area in CA and nobody came near to the $10,000 range.
I live in Del Mar this is for implants and a lift. I think it seems like a fair price for here

hello Brave1281. I forgot to mention that if I only explanted and did not lift my breasts it would be much cheaper. Out here they can do it under local. Its pretty straightforward.
