11yr old Saline breast implant removal

Post op day four has been amazing. 0 pain and feel back to normal :)
I was able to cook and clean like normal today...(which was well needed) oh my laundry may take me a few more days to catch up.
I noted quite a bit of skin retraction this morning...which was so awesome to see.
A bit more deflated, the swelling has subsided. Left is a bit bigger still but not by much. Also noted some bruises on the left breast last night.. today they are already yellowing.
Amazing. .. to have those drains out!! One came out easily and the other was basically superglued in... I almost passed oUT removing that one.
Yes I removed them myself. I live many hours away from my surgeon and he cleared me to remove them.
I am sooo happy. I was extremely worried about looking like a train wreck after...but I'm soo please so far. I love having small boobs I look so much slimmer and fit!! I am so so happy and wish I did this soo long ago!

I am 24 hours post opp and feeling absolutely amazing!!!
I had saline implant removal and partial capsulectomy under general.
I have drains in place.
The drains are by far the worst of the entire surgery and are the only thing that causes any pain. I look forward to when they are removed.

I spent the last day and a half traveling and am very happy to be home resting. it has not been very comfortable to sleep so I am quite tired and experiencing restlessness.

I am absolutely happy with how I look 24 hours in. fully aware that my breast will only improve as days go on:)
My left breast is much more swollen compared to the right but I am hoping they even out nicely over time.
They are very flat, wide and stretched out but nothing I didn't expect...fearing the worst I am happy with the immediate outcome.

I feel so much smaller and lighter...they are warm and soft and mine :) I am very happy I did this!!!

My stomach is bloated and distended and I may have to look into stool softners soon if things don't get moving along.
A front closure bra would of been helpful to have, I didn't bring one with me as I assumed the hospital would of provided me with some type of bra or ace bandage and they did not.
I will try to post weekly pictures and updates for the first bit and then monthly as I found reviews and picture to be sooo very helpful and i would like to do the same for others.

Tomorrow early morning I leave to travel for surgery. The hardest part of this has been that I will be away from my kids for a few days.
I'm sure it will be a quick 3 days..:(
