Breast fat transfer - is worth it!!!

Hello ladies,
It’s been almost a year since my breast implants removal and fat transfer to my breasts. Everything is going good and I’m happy with the results. I guess that I’ve retained approximately 60% of the fat that was transferred. I’m happy with the results and to have the implants out. Doctor Bednar did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased with the final results. Most importantly my husband thinks that I look beautiful.

Breast fat transfer - is worth it!!!
I’m 57 years old and had breast implant removal and breast fat transfer. This was the best decision that I have ever made. Doctor Edward Bednar was the best choice in my opinion! I did a lot of research and consultations with other doctors before finding Dr. Bednar. All of the other doctors wanted to do breast lift and exchange implants which I didn’t want. Dr. Bednar was the perfect doctor for my procedure. I live in Florida and the trip to Charlotte NC was no problem.
I had a breast lift and reduction when I was twenty one years old. I liked it except that it left me with a bad scar. After I had my child my breasts lost some volume. Then I had saline implants procedure to increase the volume. After this I never really liked it because my clothes didn’t fit properly and I could feel the implants when I laid down.
It’s been slightly over three months since Dr. Bednar did my procedure. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome!
If any of you ladies want to increase your breast size one or two cup sizes larger I highly recommend Dr. Edward Bednar in Charlotte NC.
Dr. Bednar and his entire team are very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed because I knew that I was in the hands of the best surgeon.
Thank you Dr. Bednar, I feel like a young chic again at age 57!

Why did you have drains for fat transfer?
Because I had the implants removed and the doctor wanted to make sure that excess fluid drained out.
I only had to wear the drainage tubes for 5 days and then the doctor removed them.
Ok—it gave me flashbacks to my double mastectomy in March. I would like fat transfer for reconstruction. This doctor looks promising.
Dr. Edward Bednar is a good surgeon and he did everything I asked for. I think you should at least make an appointment for consultation with him .
How much fat was transferred, and how much stayed after 3 mos? You look great!
Dr. Bednar transferred 745 ccs of fat to each breast. I think about 70% of the fat remain. I’m going to wait a few more months and post another review

Dr. Bednar thought that was the right amount that I needed. The doctor said I probably will retain 40 % to 60 % of the fat transfer long term .
That's great. By my location the doctors are afraid to put A lot. The most I got a Dr to say he would MAYBE do is 350cc but he felt more comfortable with 300 for me.
I suggest you set up a consultation with Dr. Bednar . He is very good surgeon and he knows what he’s doing .

You are so welcome:) He did an amazing job...Planning to get a fat transfer to my breasts as well. Scheduled for Dec 6th. Lipo, BBL, fat transfer to breasts. I have to get a biopsy done on one of my breasts first and get clearance...praying it comes back fine!!
I hope that your biopsy comes back clear so you can get the surgery. I’ll say a prayer for you.
