Comparing weeks

Comparing weeks before to four weeks post. I think all of the swelling has subsided. All of the bruising is gone. I noticed a change at two weeks but not too much has changed since then. I’ve read that what is there at three months should be permanent so two months to go.

How are your donor sites?
Hi, curious how much fat you retained after 3 months? Thank you!
How old are you?

Comparing weeks

Comparing weeks. I guess I forgot 2 weeks.
I think that from week 2 and on not too much has changed. Swelling is down now and I hope nothing else changes! They say another decrease is possible at 5-6 weeks so fingers crossed i keep everything. By 3 months whatever is left should be permanent. That seems like a long way away.

4 weeks post fat transfer

4 weeks and I’m very happy. It looks like the same amount of fat has been retained since 2 weeks. I noticed a huge change at two weeks and one day. At two weeks the left side shrunk and then Over night I lost a lot of volume on the right. I’d say it was just swelling though because now they feel normal. my husband says they haven’t changed since then. I’ve read that another loss comes at 5-6 weeks so that stresses me out but I’m hopeful and prayerful that won’t be my case.
I massage daily and use red light therapy for 5-10 min each side daily (I’ve missed a day here or there).
My scars are flattening but they’re purple in color. with time they should fade to skin color. I put melagel on them often. I feel good and healthy. I take a multivitamin every day and add in vitamin d3 and a collagen shake. Every other day I take an iron and an omega 3 pill. I’ve started doing easy, slow exercises-mostly stretching ones to help soften up the lipo spots.
