Round 2 - 6 months

Just a quick update! I’m pretty close to the 6 month mark now! Scars are healing pretty well, and everything is nice and soft. As you can see, my right breast is stubborn as ever. Still a little smaller than the left, and tighter in the lower pole. I’m extremely happy with my results though!
Weight loss is slow going, but I’m making a little progress. Got set back a little ways by a nasty respiratory infection, but I’m back at it this week! Can’t wait to schedule round 3 when I’m closer to my goal weight! I’ve started saving up!

Round 2 - 5 months

Hey everyone! So I am somewhere around the 5 month mark, and so far so good. My breasts have no lumps or cysts, they are soft and bouncy. Scars are healing up nicely. My lipo sites are hardly noticeable. As far as breast scarring, my areola scars are taking a little longer to fade, but they aren’t terrible. I’m probably going to crack down and start massaging more frequently. There is some lingering redness in the skin on my left breast, but nothing major. Biggest complaint is probably stretch marks, but even those aren’t that bad.
As for the plan, my right breast (which has always been the worse of the two) still isn’t really getting much fullness in the base. Plus it is still smaller than the left, though that’s hardly noticeable to anyone else any more it seems. Dr.Reuben is going to do more release on that side when I do round 3.
Also, the lipo has evened itself out pretty well, no more hard spots or weird lumps!

Round 2 - 3 Months

Hey all! Getting close to 3 months out now. My breasts are healing up nicely, and the scars are slowly fading. I tried to do some side by sides. Sorry for the quality, I can't seem to find where the originals were saved; but I'm hoping they turn out "ok" after I upload here. I am still slightly swollen from the lipo, but that's to be expected. The lipo part can take over 6 months to fully shrink and settle. However, I am super happy with the results. My stomach feels so flat compared to before.
Breasts! I am over the moon with how they've turned out. They aren't "perfectly round implant breasts", but I never wanted that anyways. I regret absolutely nothing about this surgery other than not being able to have it done sooner. I feel so vain sometimes, but I actually sit and stare at them in the mirror haha. I love that my boobs actually fit into bras correctly, instead of gapping weirdly no matter what I do. I will say the jiggle is SUPER weird getting used to.
I was thinking this would be my last surgery, but I am considering one more graft after I get to my goal weight depending on how big they are. I imagine if I do one last round, it will be either late this year or early next. We will see.
