My six month journey has come to an end. My FT follow up with Dr. Bednar is in a few days. My final results far exceeded my expectations. I’ve only lost half an inch from my last update. I am a 32C/D depending on the bra. Before FT I didn’t even fill out an A cup. If you are considering this surgery, Dr. B would be your best bet. I am still sore from the lipo which really surprises me. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

The bruising has nearly all gone away; however, I am still sore in the lipo areas. Sleeping on my back has become a major pain since I am a side sleeper. I’ve woken up on my side several times during the past week. I hope I haven’t done any damage. Nothing else to report other than measurements which seem to be holding. I am still swollen in my lower back area.

How are you now? I’m considering exact same procedures.
I’m doing really well. I am still sore from the lipo which surprises me. I’ve retained so much more than I ever thought I would. I’m not much smaller than when I had he implants. My three month follow up is in 2 weeks.

To try and help all the readers have realistic expectations of what fat transfer can achieve.. She is not 3-4 months post op yet. So her breasts will decrease in size quite a lot between now and then. Just trying to help the new users who are still researching :)
You look great. I noticed your breasts have a pretty severe degree of ptosis ("sagging") , which I'm NOT saying is a bad thing, everyone has different preferences, is this due to the way the fat was injected?

Week 3
Everything is settling better this week. I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Bednar yesterday. He was impressed. I’m healing nicely. This man is truly amazing. I had almost no breast tissue and now I am measuring at a 32D at VS. I’m sure I’m not at my final size and I’m okay with that. I have more than I had before the surgery and I no longer have a foreign object in my body.
My bruising is nearly gone. However I am still tender in places. The worst is my love handle region. That area didn’t bruise nearly as bad as my legs but it’s the slowest to heal. Sleeping on my back with a pillow under my knees is still my preferred way to rest at night. I’m looking forward to side sleeping again. Right now my hips are too sore to try that.
I’ll add measurements again next week.
