Still super happy with my outcome! Boobies have settled in and look totally proportional to my body. No breast lumps any more and only one stubborn, barely noticeable lump on the side of my thigh from lipo. It doesn't show in photos and I'm the only person who sees it, so just trying to still massage it out as Dr. Bednar said the scar tissue is still pliable. This was totally worth it! I love my beautiful boobies and how they complement my body! I only wear pushup bras for special occasions now because I actually have cleavage. Not crazy cleavage in a wireless bra, but it's noticeable at least that there's something there! I wear a 34D in most brands, though theres a tiny bit of spillage. Not enough to go back to 34DD. I have lost all the weight I put on, back to 150-155 range :)
The only weird "complication" I've experienced that I haven't heard about from anyone else is that one of my scars keeps getting a little pimple on it every couple months and it hurts. It's made that scar more noticeable, which is annoying, but it's under my butt so it's not really seen. I'm hoping that will stop, because initially it was due to unabsorbed suture, and I feel like surely that has to all be gone by now. And I pulled a bit out the second time it happened! Thinking of getting them all lasered eventually, but just waiting to see how they continue to fade. All my scars are tiny but either indented or raised...my skin has always scarred easily and they tend to be prominent a long time even for just cat scratches.

So happy!
Hitting the 9 month mark this week and I'm so thrilled with how I look. A little too thrilled, since I'm still trying to shake the weight I've gained since surgery but I think I look great so that's no longer my incentive to eat healthy and work out, it's just to stay healthy now! Big change in perspective there. I went for an office visit and Dr. Bednar checked out the 2 small lumps I found in my right breast and they're just scar tissue! The ultrasound literally showed nothing, but he did show me my ribs and lungs expanding with air haha. Super cool technology, and great to confirm I have nothing to worry about. Also the small bump on my thigh is scar tissue, so I'm gonna keep rolling the lipo areas frequently and they should be completely smooth eventually. I'm over the moon with my results and so happy I made the difficult and scary decision to do the surgery. I couldn't have picked a better surgeon either! The office staff are so nice and accommodating. But they could honestly have treated me like garbage and I still would've gone with Dr. Bednar cause these results are incredible.

Congratulations on a really great result :) I am getting the same procedure and worried I will develop stretch marks due to the swelling and steroids that are given to patients. Can I ask if you developed any? Does NOT look like you did but it would be too difficult to tell from photos so thought I would ask. Thank you so much in advance
Thank you! I didn't get any stretch marks. I've always had them on my thighs and hips courtesy of puberty and they didn't change at all either.
Beautiful !
Bravo good on you for doing the brave thing, especially with now tuberous breasts gone you must be elated. I have a question did he reshape your nipples to release construction in the lower pole areas? And what is your final cup result. Thank you,
He had to release really dense constricting tissue in the lower pole but nothing with my nipples. They're the same as before. I finally lost my 20 lbs and I'm a D cup :)

3 month pictures
Trying to post 3 month pictures from another device. I wish it had worked before, but I got too frustrated and had to stop. Looking back, they looked so good! Haven't changed much, just rounded out even more since then.
