I was really tired last night, but I just wanted to say that Dr Bednar is so great. I really wish more of the doctors out here in LA were like him. His wife is a keystone and really reared next like family. I’m so grateful. Surgery was done in 2015 I think.... and still goin strong. He knows what he’s doing people!!

I was an idiot and listened to my boyfriend. He said he would pay for it and that natural boobs are much better. I was a 32DD. I should have done what I WANTED (lift/implant). After the procedure I was a 32DDD. As my weight fluctuated my boobs never really did that much. Then out of the blue I started eating more and my boobs blew up!! I don't understand it. I can feel little nerve zingers and sometimes I wake up and they are heavy af, tender, and full. It's not m period either. So now I'm a 32DDDD/32G and my tits are still saggy looking. Oh. Here's the kicker. My ex never paid me back for it.

Hi! So you did fat transfer and are unhappy because your breasts still look saggy ... and hurt? But would you say retained the fat. And after how long? Also fuck your ex. Guys are assholes! So all in all not worth it?

I'm unhappy bc they are saggy. To be fair the doctor told me it would fill up the upper pole of my breast but wouldn't give it a lift. I thought if that part was filled in they would look better. Breasts occasionally hurt when the fat is increasing based off my diet. They definitely retained the fat. Still going strong. If you want fullness - yes definitely worth it. If you have large breasts and want projection. Better to get implants + lift.
Did you consider just getting that lift now? I'm sure they would not be saggy and look fuller than you expect. You should at least ask about it. No sense having regrets, life is too short.
From what I understand you would have been netter off getting a lift first, and then the fat transfer, this would have lifted your breast to the desired height and form and then with the fat transfer to the fullness.
