5th day post-op
Feeling great and super happy with my results so far! I'll get my before photos from the clinic soon! Breast are still very soft and I don't notice any shrinkage yet. I'm an extremely optimistic person, I'd be happy to keep just one of my new weist or new breasts , meal time is the hardest, I don't know if I should eat regularly, more or less!?!? Lol

Saline Implant Removal + Belly Fat to Breast AAA Cup
Hi all,
I just had the operation (belly fat to Breast) 8hr ago and can't wait to share.
I've been wanting/searching for this operation for about 6 years. This site has helped me a lot so I'd like to share my experience with you all. I'm a special case, (Pre-op AAA, I've never seen a before pic that's flatter than me) so I'd like to help others like me, though I doubt there's any. Frankly, I'd be happy and not gone through with this operation if I could fill a AA cup bra. I told my doc I'd be super happy if I could fill an A cup.
Pre op
* 5'1 tall/110lb/37Y/no kids/30BMI/Winnie the Pooh belly/couldn't fill AAcup
* Not athletic
* 3 years ago I removed saline implants. (300cc? Not sure)
* Taiwan higher end clinic. I went to 3 different clinics for consultation. My doctor is very qualified, used to work at a top notch hospital in Taiwan.
* Cost USD$7400 inc everything. (Compression garment, meds, etc) I highly recommend any of you to travel to Taiwan for this operation. You can google it and know why.

Post-op
* Nurse said about 3hr operation
* 200cc fat into left breast, 220cc into right breast. Doc will get back to me on how much fat he took out. He said "quite a lot, over 1 liter but I forgot the exact number"
* My new breasts have been very very soft since I woke up. I havnt touched a real woman's breast before but I believe this is as soft as it can be.
* Walked out of the clinic myself to a hotel nearby 5hrs after the operation. I could have done so 2hrs earlier but I was waiting for the IV to be done. I could get out of bed an hour after waking up. Very little pain for the first 4hrs, pain became noticeable at hr 4 so I took some pain killers. Now it's just sore, like I've done some crunches yesterday. By the way, I very intolerant of pain. Couldn't bear Ulthera and CPT Thermage at the lowest setting? after numb cream and pain killer pills. And this is why it took me 6 years to get myself into the operation room because so many have said loop hurts a lot.
I'm sorry but I didn't take any photo myself pre op. I will upload photos from the clinic as soon as I get a hold of them. These are my post-op pics. Not hard to imagine my pre-op if you've read my review. )
I'm very happy with everything so far. I hope I can say the same for the next couple of days, weeks and months. I'll keep updating.

Why did u remove ur implants?
After I learned about fat transfer, I decided I'd rather have A cup natural breasts than C cup saline implants.
Do you know many cc's were injected into each breast?

Hi! Thanks a lot for sharing! You look great! What a feeling it must be with soft breasts. I'm in a very similar situation to you. Complete flat, did BA 190cc to get to small B cup 20 yrs ago. Now want to explanat & replace with fat. My questions are (1) did you consider doing explanat & transfer at the same time (why/why not); and (2) where are your BA scars? if mammary fold, what happens to these? Are they far "below" the natural crease after fat transfer? Thanks & best!

Hi, I wanted to do explant and transfer at the same time but two different doctors told me it's not a good idea that I should let my tissues heal first. This was six years ago when I first looked for this surgery and went in for consultations.
My BA scars for implant were in my armpits, over ten years ago, can't see them now. For removal, the scars are under my areola, they aren't obvious either, but my nipples kindda point down now, which I don't mind at all. I'll post photos when I can take my bandages off.

You girls need to check out Dr. Bednar fat transfer patient group on Facebook. He specializes in fat grafting. The results are crazy. If you plan on doing explant, you should wait 6+ months before considering. I am 2.5 years po for explant and have noticed the tissues bond with time.
