Post Op Day 22
No major changes and recovery continues to go well. I continue to wear the compression garment and ace bandages all day and night.
More swelling in my lower abdomen and the inside of my knees has resolved, though there is still a little bit there. Breast size is holding up and discomfort in my breasts has passed that I can comfortably wears bras all day now. The pea sized nodule in my breast has shrunk slightly, while it is still there, the pain around the area is completely gone. It's a great relief to me that it is improving (as my doctor said it would), I'm still continuing to massage the area.
My stomach is still mostly numb, but now I know from my conversation with Dr. Fan that it may take 6-12 months to resolve, which is understandable, when I had my wisdom teeth removed, it took about that long for my tongue to not be numb anymore! Sensation is coming back to my thighs, the area is still a little numb and tender when I do the lymphatic massage, but it is much easier to walk around.
The most discomfort I feel where I had the lipo is when I do any kind of stretching; it's a kind of pulling sensation. Out of abundance of caution, I'm not doing anything like yoga, so stretching in my case is minimal. I plan to ask Dr. Fan in my appt next week if I should do anything.
All my dissolvable stitches are out and I will give major props to Dr. Fan for how well they are healing and their placement. I have moles all over my body, and he actually used some of my moles as incision sites for the lipo and Renuvion treatment! Now that the stitches are out, where they were placed on my moles, you can't even tell that anything happened.

Post Op Day 10
Had my first follow up a couple days ago with Dr. Fan and got a clean bill of health, with the exception of some slight irritation in my belly button, which is common. I've been told to keep it dry and leave it be!
The worst of the swelling is gone except for the incision area by my knees and my lower abdomen. Breast size has shrunk a little (now a solid 34D instead of 34/36D), but not dramatically so. I noticed some asymmetry with my left breast being slightly larger than my right, but this is how they were before and the difference is barely noticeable to me. Developed a pea size nodule in my left breast, but Dr. fan says that massaging the area will help shrink it down. It's very early in the recovery still for it to be anything to worry about, but I'm keeping an eye on it. Fortunately, it can't be seen!
So far, very happy with my results, considering my before pictures; the difference my current after pictures may not be dramatic, but they're dramatic to me which is what counts.
Almost completely sleeping through the night; I've been able to start sleeping on my sides again, just have to shift more often than usual.
Due to the swelling in my lower abdomen, it's hard for me to see the full effects of the Renuvion skin tightening treatment but so far, if the swelling subsides and it's still this snug, I'd say it was completely worth it!

How is the pea size nodule at this point in time? Are you healing ok? You look awesome
It's getting better, which is a relief. And thank you, that's very kind of you to say! :)
Thank you for sharing your experience. May I ask how much fat was added in each breasts?

Post Op Day 5
Swelling and bruising continues to improve, the only discomfort I have is still the incision sites at my groin and my abdomen below my belly button where the numbness and swelling is at its worst. Feeling is starting to come back below my sternum. These pictures are right after I got to take my second shower. Began doing very light lymphatic drainage massage since my abdomen is still fairly tender to the touch.
Much more comfortable in the compression garment and foam padding than out of it.
