Perfect breast fat transfer

Dr Hughes removed 200cc implants, with a fat transfer to the breasts 3 months ago. I was an A-cup before implants, a small C with them, and am now a large B. I hated having implants-- only kept them for about 18 months. He used the areola incisions I already had. I have no lumps whatsoever.
My results are PERFECT. I mean extraordinary. My breasts are soft and rounded and much more symmetrical. My bras pre-implant removal still fit, and I'm down to my workout weight.
I wish I had never gotten implants, but i seem to have escaped the whole debacle mostly unscathed. The recovery was fine, about 5 days down and 6 weeks of taking it easy.
It's my sense that this surgery works for those looking for a slight increase (It seems I retained more than most, maybe because of the small implant removal). I would advise against over-stuffing breasts with 500cc or what dr bender seems to do. I ended l with a lovely increase and zero lumps, which women seem to complain about more with him.
Dr Hughes is worth every penny. He is careful not to promise you anything, but he quietly delivers everything.

Where is Dr. Hughes located? How many ccs did he put in of fat?
Please continue to post updates. I have read that overfilling the breasts can lead to more lumps/necrosis, but I've also read that the average time it takes to develop lumps and necrosis is about 60 weeks, which would be over the year mark.

I had implants installed 2.5 years ago and although I added 300cc, i feel they are too big for me and considering taking them out and doing fat transfert instead.I wish you could show us a picture or 2 of the before and after.
