PO Day 5 Breast Lift/Fat Transfer

It’s been awhile, so here’s a little update! I’m pretty happy with results, but I think I’ll still get a small implant in the near future. This was breast lift/fat transfer (200 cc each breast). I would like to have a little more upper pole fullness, and they’re a bit smaller than I was hoping, smaller than they were. I do love the perkiness though! My nipples still have some puckering, but still swollen some. Especially the left. The 2 openings in my incisions have healed well, now just working on the scars! Still a little tender from the lipo in my inner thighs and lower back. I do have a dent on my left side of my abdomen that I don’t like, but I do still have swelling so I’m hoping it will fill out. We’ll see I guess! I’m 4 lbs down from surgery day.

4 weeks since surgery..feeling a good bit better finally. I’m still wearing compression 24/7. 2 open spots are healing well, but I’ll be glad when they’re closed. I don’t think any of the fat transfer stuck around. Not really happy with the flatness of the upper poles. I know these aren’t the final results, so being patient. Tried on a bathing suit today, and didn’t hate it so that’s a plus! Swelling in my thighs is going down.

Here’s a couple pictures of 3 weeks po, last week. Bruising is gone (I used arnica gel twice a day). I have 2 small openings in my incisions, but they’re healing well. There’s a crease on my right side from lipo that I’m really hoping goes away
