Breast fat transfer, no results

I went to doctor Shapiro in Scottadale for lipo and fat transfer to breast and face. When I went to the consultation he was not humble and over confident in what he can actually deliver. I kept asking him if I can be a full B and he was very rude and said you asked me four times and I said yes. After the procedure my breasts looked exactly the same and my face wasn't very symmetrical. I wanted fuller cheeks and it was not at all what he promises. For the post op appointment he didn't even look at my breast! He is not the doctor for this procedure. He doesn't have the experience. I then went to Dr Bednar in Charlotte nc. He is absolutely amazing and not only fixed what dr Shapiro had done but made me a full C with whatever left over fat I had. He was very humble and experienced. He exceeded my expectation. Dr Shapiro was a loser
