BREAST FAT TRANSFER IN LITHUANIA

Not gonna lie was in pain the day after and the second day. It’s more like a sore muscle after gym pain but it stopped me from sleeping quite a bit so was taking my pain meds and antibiotics.
I’m still very swollen and numb on my back. Not swollen on my boobs at all. I have a very little bruises compare to what I have seen on other ladies on RS. I do massage all the areas twice a day like the fisioterapist showed me in hospital.So far very happy;) I wish I have done this before I ever did implants!!!! Tomorrow is my final checkup and I’m flying home the day after;)

I exercise 5 time a week. The doctor told me that I have no fat on my stomach but he can harvest from the love handles ( but he’s gonna have to work hard as apparently I’m to skinny) and inner tights. From my back he got 800ml and 250ml from each leg. After he injected 300cc into each breast. As soon as i woke up I had a look at what’s the outcome
I’m soooo happy already with the results, it’s what I had but so much fuller. He said I will retain 2/3 so about 200cc each which is great
I have no pain at this moment but I’m wrapped in a compression belt that I have to wear for 3 weeks day and night.
Also I’d like to add how amazing and caring all the nurses and staff are!!! Makes you feel so safe

Hi Ladies I would like to share my experience and quick review on a fat transfer to breast that I just had done in Lithuania. I did a huge amount of research about this procedure even way before my implants that didn’t agree with me ( you’re more than welcome to check my separate review about it;)
So finally I have chosen the clinic called Nordesthetics in Lithuania and I couldn’t be more happy. They plan your procedure via email, once you book a date with them ,you provide them with copy of the flight ticket and 500€ deposit they fully organise your stay. From the airport pick up, to all he consultan, hotels (I booked my own apartment because I like to cook haha), blood tests. Wonderful service! The girls from logistics are lovely, the nurses and my doctor are so experienced.
I have his business card in my apartment so can provide the name once I’m back from my operation tomorrow.
Now a bit about why I had this done
I love my body-legs face bum, but I always had small breast, I’m 32 looking like a teenage girl, which wasn’t to bad but I lost a lot of volume once I joined the gym which left me with empty skin. I stopped the gym for a bit and gained 2kg which went straight to my boobs but they were still small, and I wanted them fuller for so soooooo long that I finally did it.
