Two weeks out after breast fat transfer

Chose Dr. Goodman because I know he does liposuction/fat transfer only; he specializes in this. I was told he does four cases/day....still not sure if this is good or bad in terms of attention to each individual case.
So the girls/assistants (Kristy, specifically) have been super sweet and everyone is friendly. Dr. Goodman is straightforward and to the point. My main reason for choosing him was the thousands of cases he has performed.
We decided to do lipo of my flanks/lower back with a transfer to [my extremely small] breasts and to round out my butt a little bit. The fat transfers were veeery minimal. I’m not sure if it was worth that...
I was told I would be at least 1 cup size bigger but I’m lucky if it’s 1/4 cup size bigger, soo, that didn’t happen. My butt is the smallest bit filled out more, I think? It’s hard to see unless I really look close at a picture. I’m now two weeks out.
My main concern was the bit of fat I wanted removed on my flanks, which I’m still waiting for all swelling to subside completely and then will compete my honest review and post some pictures. Right now a bit lumpy still..

Well...unfortunately I can’t say my decision to go with Dr. Goodman was worth it.

It’s been well over a month and things (lipo) hasn’t smoothed out fully, kinda looks dented and uneven despite having been wearing the compression garment the entire time, more than as directed even.

As for the fat transfer, I retained none of what was transferred. I would’ve been cool with even 1/4 of a cup size bigger breasts. I was told by the doctor it would be 1 or 2 cup sizes bigger. In the before and after pics they are only a week apart and so when I look at them I can see a slight difference, however now being over a month out, nothing has been retained and eventually will have to have the lumpiness smoothed out by another doctor...

Lastly, no effort was made in any follow up on how I’m doing or if I’m even satisfied with the procedure. This overall is the least of my concerns. The most of my concerns was and always is having an effective procedure by a highly skilled doctor. I place that highest, even above follow up/communication from the doctor.

So, in conclusion...the journey continues...???? *sigh*
